Must be a shortage of instructors in Greater Manchester this week. Monday, text 'Have taxi test tomorrow will have 1 lesson before' Followed by two calls I ignored.
Tuesday, '8am phone call,  'My instructor ill and my test 2.30' the wife told him his instructor should sort something for him.
Thursday, 8.15am, sensible sounding young lady, test tomorrow but would also like a 1 hour lesson today.
Does anyone take on these people?

What time would you phone a driving instructor to inquire about lessons?
Think 11.55pm is too late? Noooooo.
When the phone rings just before midnight it has to be a family emergency not someone informing you that they are on the website and want to know the price of lessons.
Had I answered it I would have been tempted to tell them the prices are on the website, now get lost.
Still doesn't beat a text a few years ago about 3am, fortunately my mobile was down stairs and switched off.
