Took a pupil out yesterday, his first lesson since we finished Christmas week. The week before that after I'd said he was ready for extra lessons with dad, dad phoned me for advice which I'm happy to give freely.
Couldn't believe the improvement when I took hm out yesterday, which again proves my saying that a parent working with the instructor is the best help you can have. Whereas I have another pupil who is forever checking that they remember correct what I told them last week because dad thinks I'm either wrong or the pupil isn't remembering correctly.
Why can't parents see it saves them money? I've told the pupil to book a test, trouble is this is another pupil I can't boast about which means it'll probably be a clean sheet.
